Sir Rah Productions Software License Agreement.

Please read this agreement thoroughly.

You may use the Registered Anthem program on one computer system at one time only. 

If you wish to use the Anthem program on more than one computer system at one time, you must purchase a new and separate License from Sir Rah Productions for each additional computer system (each user must purchase their own copy).

For example, you can place the registered Anthem program on your office computer and also your home computer.  However, if you are using a registered copy of Anthem on your office computer, and someone else is using a registered copy on your home computer, you must purchase two copies of Anthem because two copies of Anthem are being used at the same time. You may not give the registered Anthem program to other people.

You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse translate, or in any manner decode the Anthem program in order to derive any source code form.

COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARK NOTICES, LEGENDS AND LOGOS. The Anthem program and User Documentation, logos, product, names and other support materials, if any, are either patented, copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise proprietary to Sir Rah Productions. You agree never to remove any such notices and product identification.

In no event will Sir Rah Productions be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program and user documentation.  In addition, Sir Rah Productions will not be liable for any claim by you or any other party for damages arising out of the use of this program.

The information contained in this User's guide and the accompanying software program are copyrighted and all rights are reserved by Sir Rah Productions and Henry Harris .  Sir Rah Productions reserves the right to make periodic modifications of this product without obligation to notify any person or entity of such revision.  Copying, duplication, selling, or otherwise distributing any part of this product without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of Sir Rah are prohibited.

The software and user manuals are provided "as is" and without express or limited warranty of any kind by either Sir Rah Productions or anyone who has been involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the software, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software and the user manual is with you.  Should the software and the user manual proved defective, you (and not Sir RahProductions or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the software) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

In no event will Sir Rah Productions or any other person involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the software be liable to you on account of any claim for any damages, including and lost profits, lost savings, or other special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any damages assessed against or paid by you to any third party, arising out of the use, inability to use, quality or  performance of such software the user manual, even if Sir RahProductions  or any such other person or entity has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party.  In addition, Sir Rah Productions or any other person involved in the creation, production, or distribution of the software shall not be liable for any claim by you or any other party for damages arising out of the use, liability to use, quality of, or performance of such software and the user manual, based upon principles of contract warranty, negligence, strict liability for the negligence of Sir Rah or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

Some states do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
